Comprehensive Plan Update

In its role as subconsultant to the planning lead, Boulevard Studios assisted with community outreach and visualization for the City of Green’s 2024 comprehensive plan update. Attendance at frequent public and steering committee meetings ensured that resident ideas and concerns informed a slate of initiatives for growing the city’s identity,accessibility, and business environment. Boulevard Studios documented the comments received during the meetings, transforming them into a series of renderings for the report to illustrate how branding pieces,roadway improvements, and establishment of a true “town center” could keep Green on its pathway to being a highly desirable place to live.
